All PICYA Clubs are invited to participate in this Regatta as prescribed by the individual Declaration of Trust for each event. The PICYA Regatta Coordinator provided a Notice of Race to all PICYA Clubs. Sailing Instructions will be prepared by the Principle Race Officer and made available to all participants prior to the event.
